FAA Part 107 licensed drone photography for listings across Northwest Arkansas. Included from the Pro Package up, delivered the same day as the rest of your shoot.
Every buyer scrolling a listing has the same unspoken questions, and interior photos cannot answer any of them.
How big is the lot, really. How close is the neighbor. Does the garden back onto trees or onto someone's fence. Is the busy road the one you can hear from the patio. Where does this house actually sit on the street.
Those questions get answered one way or another — either by your listing, or by a buyer deciding not to book a showing. An aerial answers them in a single frame, and the people who book after seeing it are the ones who already like what they saw.
The shape and size of the parcel, read at a glance instead of inferred from a number in the listing data.
What surrounds the property — trees, water, open land, the next house over. The things a ground-level photo crops out.
A clear look at the roofline. Useful on a well-maintained home, and worth knowing about before the inspection on one that is not.
A rising or pull-back shot that opens on the property. The frame that works hardest on social, where most listings never get seen at all.
Commercial drone work in the United States requires the pilot to hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. This is not a formality — flying a listing without it is not legal, and it is the kind of detail that surfaces at the worst possible moment.
All aerial work here is flown by Part 107 licensed operators. Where a property sits in controlled airspace — near XNA or Drake Field, for instance — we obtain LAANC authorization before the shoot rather than discovering the problem on the day.
Send the address when you book and the airspace check happens before anyone gets in a vehicle.
You usually do not need to add aerials as an extra. From the Pro Package up, they are already in the price.

Yes, when flown by a pilot holding an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. Commercial drone work without that certification is not legal. All aerial work here is flown by Part 107 licensed operators.
Drone is included from the Pro Package at $305 up. Pro, Momentum, Zillow Showcase and Luxury include 6 drone photos; Signature includes 12. Drone can also be added to a smaller package.
Usually yes. Controlled airspace requires LAANC authorization, which is normally granted quickly at the altitudes real estate work uses. A few locations need more lead time, so send the address when you book and we will check the airspace in advance.
Drone work needs reasonable wind and visibility. If conditions ground the aircraft we shoot the rest of the listing on schedule and come back for aerials at no extra charge.
Same day, alongside the rest of the photos. Drone work does not slow the turnaround.
Send the address and what you want in frame. Everything else is handled.
